Nick Fuoco currently serves as Honorary Italian Consul in Utah, assuming the post in May 2025. As a member and leader in the Italian Community for over 20 years, Mr. Fuoco brings with him a strong commitment to fostering the cultural, economic, and social ties between Italy and the State of Utah. As Honorary Consul, he supports the Italian community, assist Italian nationals, fosters economic development between Italy and Utah, and promotes Italy’s rich heritage and values throughout theregion.

Beyond his consular duties, Mr. Fuoco is a prominent figure in Utah's business and cultural communities. He holds the position of Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner at Groove Technology Solutions, EpicVue, and Della, demonstrating his leadership in the technology and business sectors. These companies employ over 200 people nationally with 150 people in the State of Utah. As a leader of these three technology companies Nick is deeply involved in growing and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Fuoco was Vice President of Finance for Nicholas and Company as well as other leadership positions before that. He received his Accounting degree from Westminster University and MBA from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah.

In addition to role as Consul, Mr. Fuoco serves on the board of the Italian American Civic League and was the Founder and Executive Director of Salt Lake City's Italian Festival Festa Italiana which brings over 50,000 Utahns to Downtown Salt Lake City annually. He is an active member of the AICPA and Utah Association of CPA's and has served on the board of its Business and Management Council.

In his free time Mr. Fuoco is an avid sports fan of AS Roma and the Utah Jazz and enjoys spending time with his wife Kristen, two daughters Lucia and Clara, and son Leo.
